I am pleased that my neighboring District of Columbia has made the decision to open the doors of marriage as a legal right to our Gay and Lesbian community. I am happy to escort you through this door, and to honor your individual preferences in co-creating the Marriage Ceremony of your dreams!
I am registered as a legal Wedding Officiant in the District and will travel to your ceremony site to perform your Marriage rites.
Maryland’s attorney general issued a legal opinion last week concluding that Maryland should immediately recognize same-sex marriages performed elsewhere. If you choose to marry quietly in DC and celebrate at here in Maryland, it will be my pleasure to co-create your Celebration Ceremony at your choice of venue.
